Sergei E. Elimanov
With over 30 years of dance experience, Sergei E. Elimanov brings a global perspective to Ballroom, Latin, and DanceSport instruction. Born in Saratov, Russia, and raised around the world, Sergei began his dance journey at age 4 with Classical Ballet and established himself as a professional dancer by 17. His passion for Latin and Ballroom DanceSport was ignited at 16 during the renowned Blackpool Dance Festival in London, a defining moment that shaped his career.
Today, based in Montreal, Canada, Sergei is a world-class Dancesport Pro-Am competitor, certified instructor, adjudicator, choreographer, and coach. As a private dance teacher and dedicated Latin & Ballroom dance instructor, he shares his expertise through personalized lessons, wedding dance choreography, private and group classes, and DanceSport training.
A respected member of CDF, WDC, and SOCAN, Sergei is committed to excellence, professional standards, and inspiring dancers of all levels to reach their full potential.
