What You’ll Get: ✅ Friendly, supportive guidance ✅ A chance to try different styles ✅ Honest feedback tailored to you ✅ A fun, zero-stress first step into dancing Gift Certificate Policy Gift certificates are valid for a period of 3 months to 12 months from the date of purchase, depending on the terms specified at the time of issue. They are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients efficiently.
FDM Booking & Cancellation Policy At FDM ( FitNDance Montreal), all dance lessons are available by appointment only to ensure personalised attention and a high-quality learning experience. To reserve your spot, please select your desired dance program, complete your payment online in advance, and contact us via phone call or text message to confirm appointment availability. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to instructor availability. We highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot. Please note that your lesson is not confirmed until both payment has been received and appointment availability has been verified. If you have specific goals, group requests, or unique scheduling needs, we’re happy to work with you to find the most suitable arrangement. Your satisfaction and progress are our priority. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
