They are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us manage our schedule and serve all clients efficiently.
